What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end KOL / Influencer marketing initiatives across platforms like TikTok and Instagram .
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and KOLs. Bonus points if you already have solid connections in the derma skincare space !
- Create content by crafting clear creative briefs , providing guidance, and ensuring output aligns with brand tone and messaging.
- Monitor postings engagements and performance to improve strategies for maximum ROI.
- Spearhead KOL seeding efforts to increase organic buzz and brand visibility.
- Support KOL PR activities around product launches, brand events, and special campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the product development and business teams to plan campaign growth and track results.
- 2 years and above experience in influencer marketing, content marketing, or online brand marketing.
- Strong knowledge of skincare industry (derma brands = major bonus).
- Social media savvy — you live and breathe TikTok, IG, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent communication skills — you can write a killer DM and a pro-level brief.
- Obsessed with detail, deadlines, and making magic with creators.
- A team player who brings good vibes and creative energy to the table.
