Job descriptionManage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications and standards. Perform regular quality checks and inspections. Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Adjust plans and schedules as necessary to address delays or problems. Ensure that construction activities comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes. Obtain necessary permits and licenses. Provide technical expertise and guidance on construction methods and techniques. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions. Qualifications & experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience in quality inspection of housing projects is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in construction management and knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to handle unexpected issues or delays on the site.
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
