Job descriptionDiploma or technical certificate in E&E, IT networking or relevant but not a must. Relevant experience supersedes qualification requirements Possess 1 year & above of working experience on IT, CCTV or door Access (securities products) technical works General understanding of network topology Able to provide onsite / remote site IT technical support and TCP / IP, LAN, WAN and network flow on-site Work with the project manager to resolve all discrepancies, and coordination problems that impair installation activities Execute projects on time and within allocated installation hours Instruct and train customers on functional operation of the equipment / system. Exhibit excellent customer service skills by consistently communicating with project manager and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
job description
- Installation & troubleshooting of security equipment such as CCTV, door access control system, alarm security system and programming of devices. etc for commercial premises
- Also including cabling, mount equipment, install card readers, door contacts, mag locks and integrated systems
- Electrical works including cable laying & trenching works
- Assembling, evaluating, testing and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring
- Provide technical support to end users covering all software adn hardware related issue
- Complete the require report after tasks completion within time frame
- Participate in a scheduled On-call rotation
