We're seeking a digitally savvy Executive to grow and manage our affiliate network on TikTok and Shopee. You'll drive creator-led commerce, livestream selling, and performance campaigns, while building strong relationships with affiliates. The role involves optimizing shoppable videos, tracking performance, and collaborating across teams to maximize revenue and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Management
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture TikTok and Shopee affiliates (KOLs, creators, micro-influencers).
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, GMV) and optimize for ROI.
- Coordinate product seeding, campaign briefs, and payout tracking.
Community Building
Cultivate a strong sense of belonging among affiliates through regular engagement, updates, and incentives.Organize virtual meetups, workshops, and feedback sessions to strengthen relationships.Create educational content (e.g., guides, templates, best practices) to empower affiliates.Content & Livestream Coordination
Support affiliates in creating high-performing shoppable videos and livestreams.Curate product selections and storytelling angles that align with campaign goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product readiness and promotional alignment.Platform Operations
Manage TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate backend operations (catalog updates, tracking links, reporting).Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features relevant to affiliate commerce.Requirements
1- 3 years experience in affiliate management, Influencer manager and e-commerce.Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate toolsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable with data dashboards and performance trackingExperience in managing external creator MCNs.Experience with livestream coordination or creator outreach.Bonus : Fluency in Both English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
