We are in the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as

Technology Risk Specialist . In this role, you will be a key contributor in the areas as follows : Conduct Technology Risk Assessments by establishing focus areas and methodology, liaising with Business Units for information and preparing reports on findings. Support Third-Party Risk Assessments by assisting with Third-Party Onboarding and Annual Evaluation processes, completing risk assessments with Business Units, and reviewing technology-related contracts with third parties. Facilitate operational resilience efforts by leading the annual Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment, ensuring critical functions are identified and assessing potential risks. Conduct testing activities for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), ensuring successful testing and response strategies for disruptions. Select appropriate training modules and prepare supplementary materials and decks to roll out IT and cybersecurity training and phishing campaigns. Report to the Risk Management Committee on the outcomes of Technology Risk Assessments, Third-Party Risk Assessments, and operational resilience efforts, providing insights on identified risks and mitigation efforts. Support other Operational Risk Management activities, including Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting, incident reporting, and Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA). Follow up on action plans related to Third-Party Risk Assessments, training programs, and operational resilience to ensure timely completion and closure of all action items. Bachelor\'s Degree specializing in Technology Risk Management or related discipline. 3-5 years’ experience in Technology Risk Management, IT Security, or IT Governance. Good knowledge in the laws and regulations governing the insurance industry or other related financial services in Malaysia. Excellent communication and critical problem-solving skills. Capability of handling sensitive information while working collaboratively or independently. Seniority level
