- Maintain critical standards in service speed and quality, workflows, and floor layouts;
- Memorize manuals and explain the menu to customers; maintain a friendly attitude and communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs;
- Have a strong sense of cooperation and safety awareness;
- Be able to perform all roles of service position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties;
- Specialized in F&B is advantageous;
- Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the outlets.
