Role
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to drive sales of pharmaceutical products within a defined territory.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical features, benefits, and proper use of the company's medications through presentations and one-on-one discussions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by executing strategic sales plans and territory management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, reporting insights back to the sales management and marketing teams.
