Assisting the business unit on HR related matters such as entire employee lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding activities, talent management, employee retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, retirement, etc.
Support leaders by providing basic HR guidance that aligns with business goals and HR policies.
Track headcount and staff expenses to help ensure the team stays within budget.
Build good working relationships with colleagues and assist with HR questions within the business unit.
Support HR compliance by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.
Support performance management activities by providing tools and assistance to managers for giving feedback and developing employees.
Help promote a positive workplace culture focused on inclusion, teamwork, and innovation.
Provide general HR support and assist with special projects or tasks as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business, Psychology or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar setting / industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippines' employment laws and regulations.
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable to engage with management level and ability to work independently.
Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities within time constraints.
High level of maturity, adaptability, and accountability.
