Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate with visitors and customers, as most of our customers are Mandarin speakers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and handling company inquiries.
  • Responsible for course schedule adjustments and updates to ensure effective use of classroom and teacher resources.
  • Greet and attend to walk-in visitors and customers
  • Upkeep to ensure reception area is tidy.
  • To perform basic filing and clerical duties as when needed
  • Co-ordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed, including supplies replenishment
