Overview Job Vacancy : Assistant Manager – Recond Car Outlet Location : Alor Setar Company : Prowheels (M) Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities

Assist Branch Manager in daily operations of the outlet (admin & operations).

Supervise and support team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Handle customer enquiries and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Monitor stock flow : car arrivals, documentation, and delivery processes.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and JPJ / finance requirements.

Report task to be completed daily to Branch Manager.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineeing / Automotive or equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 years experience in supervisory / management role (automotive industry is an advantage).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work under pressure.

Possess own transport.
