Purpose Statement

Application Analysts provide Customer Service Excellence by helping customers resolve issues in a timely manner, driving to root cause prevention, maintaining core applications for availability and performance, providing conceptual design expertise, owning the application lifecycle (patching, upgrades, security updates), and managing relationships with key third-party software suppliers.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Follow established change management policies to research, recommend, test, and implement system updates, modifications, or deletions, ensuring system health and availability.
• Collaborate with global IT teams including project management, solution management, infrastructure, and engineering to deploy purchased or developed technologies supporting business needs.
• Resolve operational issues to ensure user satisfaction, adhering to Plexus policies and procedures.
• Maintain systems, networks, and technologies that support business functions, ensuring data availability, integrity, security, and recoverability 24 / 7, including ticket resolution, patch management, performance monitoring, upgrades, and documentation.
• Follow policies for deploying, managing, and supporting systems that serve global, regional, or local needs.
