Our client’s Devices & Services Marketing Team brings their hardware devices to life in both physical and online retail environments. They’re a dynamic team whose mission is to influence how people discover, explore, and understand their products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production and Execution

Accurately build and adapt key visuals across various formats, including digital (social media, web banners, email) and print (brochures, packaging, point‑of‑sale).

  • Prepare final artwork for production, strictly adhering to specified technical requirements, bleed, trim, color settings (CMYK, RGB, Spot), and file naming conventions.
  • Manage version control and archive design files logically to maintain a clean and efficient library.
  • Create detailed mock‑ups and presentation files for internal review and client sign‑off.
  • Quality Control and Compliance
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight checks on all artwork to identify and correct any technical issues before release.

  • Ensure absolute fidelity to brand guidelines, style guides, and regulatory compliance requirements and consistency across all materials.
  • Work independently and cooperatively with various stakeholders (Marketing Managers, production team, print suppliers) to troubleshoot and resolve any file‑related issues, ensuring smooth delivery of final assets.
  • Collaboration and Support
  • Provide technical expertise and advice on best practices for file preparation and production methods.

  • Assist in developing and refining standardized templates and workflow processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Artworker, Production Designer, or similar role, preferably within an agency or fast‑paced in‑house creative team.
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with Figma is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of print processes (litho, digital, large format), color management, typesetting, and digital file optimization techniques.
  • Exceptional precision in layout, typography, grammar, and technical specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in ambiguity and operating in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Creative and technical problem‑solving skills when adapting designs to complex or restrictive formats.
  • Self‑motivated team player who can work to a high standard with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate technical specifications and issues.
  • Preferred education : A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
