Role Description
Support the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels; ensure timely delivery and brand alignment.
Assist in planning and launching products across telco and e-commerce platforms, including content creation and performance tracking.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to inform marketing strategies.
Update websites and digital platforms with relevant content, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
Collaborate with the Marketing Head to develop and execute digital campaigns, create online materials, and explore third-party ad opportunities.
Manage social media accounts, schedule and publish posts, engage with followers, and support live event coverage as needed.
Track and analyze marketing KPIs, monitor competitor activity, and provide performance insights for continuous improvement.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on product updates, messaging, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain records, support various departments, and assist with projects as assigned, showing flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
