Location : Old Klang Road / Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur
Salary Range : RM3,500 – RM4,000
Full-time / Permanent - 5-days work
Available to start from September 2025 onwards.
Scope of Work :
Handling general administrative duties including but not limited to filing, data entry and document preparation eg. invoices, delivery orders.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and phone calls.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintaining and updating company records and databases.
Assisting in procurement, office supplies management, and vendor coordination for reimbursements / payments.
Handle utility bills payment (electricity, water, internet, phone, etc.) and ensure timely settlements.
Supporting other departments with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assisting in maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Skills and Qualifications Requirements :
At least 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), basic SQL (preferred).
Fluency in Mandarin / Chinese is an added advantage.
