We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored web solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding -Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media. -Client Meetings : Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present web solutions that align with their goals. -Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. -Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities. -Collaboration : Work closely with the project management teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery. -Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve profitable sales while ensuring client satisfaction. -Customer Support : Address client inquiries and issues post-sale to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing satisfaction. -Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. -Proven 3 years experience in Sales, preferably in the web agency or digital marketing industry. -Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. -Understanding of web development, design, and digital marketing concepts. -Familiarity with the competitive landscape of the web agency industry. -Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals. -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proficient in negotiating contracts and pricing while maintaining positive client relationships. -Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. -A commitment to understanding and addressing client needs to build long-term relationships. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. -Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous in this job as it enables effective communication for Taiwan and Hong Kong clients.  -This job applies to Malaysian citizens. -Own transport required as needed to visit clients or meeting.
