Key Responsibilities -Drive business development efforts to acquire new clients, generate leads, and meet sales targets   -Prepare tender pre-qualifications and bid proposals by coordinating with internal teams   -Conduct market research on real estate trends, hospitality developments, and commercial transformation projects   -Nurture cold leads and creatively engage new client segments   -Identify business opportunities within the commercial interior and construction sectors   -Network and build strong relationships with architects, consultants, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders   -Manage timely and accurate submission of proposals and tenders   -Perform client follow-ups through calls, meetings, and site visits   -Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client engagements   -Collaborate with design, commercial, and project teams to align project goals and client expectations   -Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients, collaborators, and strategic partners   Requirements -Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (Experience in real estate, interior design, or interior fit-out industry is an added advantage)   -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese   -Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment   -Goal-oriented with a strong drive to close deals and achieve results   -Comfortable with meeting new people, networking, and managing long-term client relationships   -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail   -Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently   -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
