About The Role
The role will be a learning business partner role that is focused on working back with the relevant business units to design and implement learning interventions to support business outcomes.
- Supports the development of organisational L&D strategy to meet training and development needs, manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
- To partner with business units to identify suitable learning interventions that can support the business in meeting their business objectives.
- Drives the establishment of a thriving learning culture through the design and implementation of strategic interventions and activities at both departmental and organizational level.
- Work with business units to identify learning needs and to address skill gaps through specific and effective learning interventions.
- To design or work with external learning partners to deliver training courses and programs to meet training needs of employees at departmental and enterprise level.
- To partner the Training Academy to deliver a holistic learning and development journey for employees that encompasses both functional and soft skills development.
- Leads the planning and implementation of digital learning activities to drive digital learning adoption across the organisation.
- Identifies, selects and manages external learning partners, accreditation bodies and agencies necessary to deliver required training to expected standards.
- Owns, utilizes and continuously improve the L&D Dashboard to ensure the data in it is always relevant and useful to our stakeholders in efforts to drive learning and development outcomes.
- Utilises the latest learning and AI tools to ensure we are accessing the best tech solutions to achieve our learning outcomes.
- To track and monitor usage of learning budget across the organisation to ensure effective utilisation for the purpose of employee development across the organisation.
- Work back with Learning Admin to track and monitor HRDC levy usage to ensure we are effectively utilising it at an enterprise level.
- To work with Learning Admin to organise training venues, logistics as required, to achieve efficient training attendance, delivery and maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
- Agile and intuitive in understanding trends and best practices that are happening in the learning space.
