Strategic Technical Recruiter

Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Technical Recruiter to join our team in Malaysia and focus on the delivery of roles with our ongoing RPO with one of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build talent pools by mapping the construction market for Data center and other mission critical project candidates
• Screen, evaluate and interview potential candidates and applicants to determine their project experience, track record and personality specific to positions that are assigned to you
• Submit CVs to senior recruitment team for feedback and / or submit directly to client if approval is given
• Manage the interview process from first interview, offer and onboarding of said candidate
