Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems with speed and accuracy.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies.
  • Update and maintain existing data as necessary.
  • Generate reports and perform data audits as needed.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years’ of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Native or business proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Excellent data entry speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers).
