Job Description

• Process supplier invoices into the Oracle system according to standard work instructions.
• Conduct research to resolve invoice issues such as terms, quantity and price discrepancies.
• Communicate in a professional manner with vendors and buyers via phone and e-mail to provide invoice status updates.
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets to manage invoice data.
• Perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned and deemed necessary.
