ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ACHIEVE SALES TARGET & DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH
Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Targets as set by the company.
Track sales teams’ pipeline progress, ensuring targets and deadlines are met. Regularly reviewing, and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Accompany sales team members on key sales appointments and client meetings to provide guidance and support. Assist in negotiating, closing deals, and securing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, advertising agencies & existing clients in order to foster repeat business.
Regularly review the sales pipeline, forecasting future sales and revenue.
Reporting Sales Revenue Target Achievement & Forecast. Prepare and present reports on business development progress, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Conduct research to develop new sales pipelines. This involves utilizing various resources to identify potential target markets to sell our products and services.
Stay updated with industry developments and advancements to identify innovative approaches and potential areas for expansion.
CONCEPTUALISE SALES PITCHES FOR THE TEAM
Conduct Thorough Research on clients and the industry before developing Sales Pitches. This involves utilizing various resources and strategies, be it desktop research or industry connections, to understand the market landscape,ie : industry trends and competitor analysis.
Solution Oriented Sales Pitches for new and existing clients. You will lead conceptualisation of a Compelling Sales Pitch by leveraging on the research knowledge and matching it with our products & services. This includes content ideation which can be done together with our in-house ideation team.
Developing Sales Presentation. Sales pitches are to be converted into an impactful Sales Presentation under your supervision. It is your responsibility to ensure it resonates with the client’s challenges and requirements.
SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conducting regular team meetings, training sessions, and individual coaching to enhance sales skills and performance.
Train & Assist the team in creating a customized sales presentation deck that increases the chances of closing the sales successfully.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set objectives, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Monitor effective payment collection. Driving team to communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices if any, and coordinating with the finance team to address any payment-related issues.
