Description and Requirements

Job details :

  • Build personal relationships with Sales, customers, C-levels, and technical decision-makers to ensure early engagement in problem-solving and solution determination.
  • Represent the Hybrid Cloud Service practice during the sales cycle, including project scoping, solution architecting, proposal development, and presenting proposals to clients, supporting TruScale, Professional Services, and Managed Services opportunities.
  • Manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops.
  • Lead technical advisory and solutioning efforts during sales and perform warm handovers to the delivery team.
  • Drive and lead technical solutions and discussions, including sizing and pricing services efforts.
  • Act as a technology thought leader and evangelist.
  • Build and leverage an ecosystem of internal technical specialists and partners to design comprehensive Hybrid Cloud solutions, extending to all aspects of IT Transformation.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of current and future IT infrastructure trends, technologies, and standards.
  • Continuously upgrade skills through relevant certifications as required.
  • Assist in developing solution capabilities as needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive technical advisory and facilitate workshops to identify customer pain points and requirements.
  • Architect and lead technical solutions for Hybrid Cloud opportunities.
  • Provide services sizing and pricing, including third-party solutions.
  • Perform Solution Certifications and adhere to internal workflows.
  • Prepare Scope of Work documents for qualified opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth transition to the delivery team after securing opportunities.
  • Support internal offering development and external marketing.
  • Advocate for Lenovo internally and externally.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

    • Basic Qualifications :

  • 15+ years of experience in related areas, including 5+ years in developing and implementing infrastructure solutions for large organizations.
  • Proven track record in architecting Hybrid Cloud environments and enterprise system architectures.
  • Experience with Hybrid IT transformation, design, consolidation, cloud journey, and repatriation (Cloud, Server, Storage, Network, Desktop).
  • Expertise in Hybrid Cloud architectures and solutions, especially with platforms such as Microsoft Azure / Azure Local, SDN, VMware vRA / vCD / vRO / NSX / Tanzu, Nutanix, Red Hat OpenStack / OpenShift / Ansible.
  • Experience with public cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Experience in pricing efforts and solutions.
  • Leadership in developing hybrid cloud solutions in client environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to work with diverse cultures.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
  • Results-oriented with autonomy and proactive approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
