Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the daily scheduling and coordination of production runs and work orders.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation, including work orders and inventory records.
  • Communicate effectively with production teams, supply chain, and admin staff to resolve issues and ensure timely workflow.
  • Assist in monitoring material usage and coordinate with purchasing to avoid shortages or delays.
  • Support quality control processes by recording production metrics and deviations.

ERP & Data Entry :

  • Enter and maintain accurate production data within the ERP system.
  • Generate reports to support production planning, inventory tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
  • Track and update production employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime records, and other administrative support

    • Analytical Duties :

  • Assist tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, downtime, scrap rates, and inventory turnover.
  • Assist in forecasting and planning based on historical data and production trends.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

    • Requirements :

  • 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production support role.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems is required.
  • Strong experience with data entry, data validation, and report generation.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and inventory control.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience with warehouse or shop floor data collection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Preferably CAN START IMMEDIATELY.
