What is your mission?
Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of Year-end Performance and Rewards Review Exercise
Administer and facilitate annual compensation benchmarking exercise and analysis of market data
Advisory Role to Business Human Capital and Business units on the compensation / total reward policies / rewards programs
Track and perform audit check on the implementation of compensations and benefits programs.
Oversee and support the implementation of our HR systems (HRIS), SAP Success Factors.
Point of contact for SAP and HRIS functional module and continue digitalized the HR processes.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
Preferable with 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Sound working knowledge of HR practices and policies.
Possess a solid technical grasp of HR policies, analytical thinking and logic reasoning.
Attention to detail and demonstrate high level of numeracy.
Strong ability in analyzing data, identity issues and trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
