What will you do?

• Responsible for the financial statements and regulatory submissions for the entire fund range, including monthly, half-yearly, and yearly activities. Manage team operations daily.
• Implement and manage effective controls and processes to maintain accurate records within the Funds business, identifying, managing, and mitigating business risks.
• Ensure all audit and regulatory requirements are satisfied and key service level agreements are met. This includes the timely and accurate production and dispatch of Fund Pricing.
• Maintain departmental quality by delivering accurate financial statements and regulatory submissions within deadlines, capable of handling multiple funds and verifying their accuracy.
• Adhere to control procedures and company policies related to confidentiality, operational processes, and policy reviews.
• Propose ideas and actions to improve existing processes, financial statement accuracy, and regulatory reporting timeliness, reducing operational risks.
• Participate in training assessments, share knowledge, and coach team members to develop skills.
• Engage in group discussions, suggest process improvements, and support initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.
• Respond promptly to queries and propose solutions within governance frameworks.
• Build productive relationships with internal departments and support cross-functional operational efforts.
