Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure all new hire documents are completed.
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Attract applicants by placing and designing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arrange hiring manager interviews by coordinating schedules and follow up interview result and process the hiring procedures.
Work offers and persuade shortlisted candidates in accepting the job offer.
Conduct exit interview and analyse the reason to suggest improvements.
Develop, update and maintain the record of talent pipeline from past interview, potential candidates and resume received from external sources.
Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
Comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent experience in related field.
Possess knowledge of Microsoft office and excel.
Equipped with excellent communication, presentation and written skills.
