Job descriptionAssist customers in finding spare parts Determine replacement parts from inspections or descriptions Recommend substitutes or modifications Ensure parts are stocked and ready for purchase Order new parts as needed Manage inventory and restock Take phone orders and handle transactions Exchange defective parts Locate vendors for unstocked parts Measure parts for compatibility and eliver parts to customers Discuss parts' features based on machine knowledge Annual Leave EPF / SOCSO / PCB Annual Bonus Company Trip Overtime Pay
Requirements
- Candidate posses SPM and above can apply
- Strong knowledge of car parts and compatibility is advantages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale software
- Physically capable of handling heavy parts
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends
