Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing daily billing operations within the logistics department.
  • Perform vendor invoice analysis, allocate vendor bills accurately, and handle the printing of port-related invoices.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm receipt and acknowledgment of issued invoices.
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements :

  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software application.
  • Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant and good interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses strong analytical skill.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
