Project Director – Data Centre Development – Kuala Lumpur

Pentagon Technical Services is currently seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and manage a full CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) project team for a Data Centre development based in Kuala Lumpur.

This role will involve overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle — from planning and design coordination through to construction, commissioning, and delivery. The successful candidate will ensure that all project objectives are achieved in accordance with budget, timeline, safety, and quality standards, while fostering strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale CSA projects within the data centre, high‑tech, or mission‑critical sector.
• Extensive experience working in Asia, ideally with exposure to regional construction practices, standards, and local regulation.
• Strong technical background in civil, structural, and architectural engineering, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively within international and multicultural project environment.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
• Relevant degree qualifications in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
