Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at GSK TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes and end products. This full-time position is based in Rawang, Selangor, and is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control measures to meet to the industry standards and customer expectations. This position is required to communicate with Supplier from China / Taiwan.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implement and maintain quality standards, system, procedures and documentation, to monitor and improve manufacturing processes
• Support product development and launch activities APQP, PPAP and customer specific quality deliverables.
• Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyzing quality data and generating detailed reports to track and optimize production quality.
• Investigating to customer complaints and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards
• Continuously participate in exploring new quality assurance techniques and technologies to enhance our product quality and processes efficiency.

GSK Technology (M) SDN BHD was established in Year 2002 in Malaysia. We are a nationwide company with its owned main office located at Bukit Beruntung Rawang, Selangor. Our company is a medium-sized automotive industry company with employees ranging between 100 ~ 200.
