What Role You Will Play In Our Team : We are expanding our Production Engineering & Optimization team and are looking for passionate individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive change in our business, and who enjoy working in dynamic, collaborative, and diverse global teams. We have multiple opportunities for experienced Production Engineers with between 5 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur and you will work closely with our global Technical and Operation teams to support ExxonMobil’s global portfolio of Deepwater, Conventional, Unconventional and LNG assets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and operators on global teams to analyze well / field performance and advise on production optimization.
• Integrate with adjacent disciplines (Reservoir, Facilities or Process, Wells, Operations, Flow Assurance) to execute opportunities for production debottlenecking, production enhancement and idle well restoration.
• Support Operation teams for operations schedule optimization, capacity enhancement, production planning and downtime optimization.
• Conduct regular system surveillance for production and injection wells to identify optimization opportunities.
• Assess impact of identified system constraints, monitor, and troubleshoot facility balance at field / platform / well level.
• Conduct screening economic evaluations of well intervention and stimulation operations.
• Manage production data, measurement and allocation quality assurance.
• Build / sustain proprietary production engineering technology.
