Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms. Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills. Possess a valid driving license and access to own transport (car / motorcycle). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Salary & Benefits to commensurate with Qualification & Experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns for both businesses.
- Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Whatsapp) to engage with potential customers.
- Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and others to promote products and services.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media channels, and email campaigns.
- Generate leads and close sales through online and offline channels.
- Assist the sales team with customer outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales.
