Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to eCommerce platforms through SEO, SEM, social media, and paid marketing campaigns.
 - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet traffic, conversion, and ROI goals.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user journeys and optimized customer experiences.
 - Design and execute content strategies tailored to XiaoHongShu to boost engagement and drive brand visibility.
 - Collaborate with and manage external agencies for high-quality content creation and distribution.
 - Stay updated on trends and consumer behaviors specific to XiaoHongShu to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
 
Media Planning
Develop and manage integrated media plans to optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Allocate budgets strategically across channels to maximize reach and impact.Track and analyze media performance to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Category Leadership – Health Department
Act as the department's point of contact (PIC) for health-related products and initiatives.Plan and execute events, campaigns, and content strategies to grow the health product category.Identify opportunities for collaboration with industry experts, influencers, and partners to strengthen the category’s position in the market.Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the health and beauty retail sector.Proven track record in driving eCommerce traffic through SEO, SEM, social media, and paid marketing.Hands‑on experience with XiaoHongShu content planning and agency management.Strong knowledge of media planning and budget management.Exceptional communication and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Passion for health and beauty, with a keen understanding of consumer trends and behavior in the industry.Seniority Level
