Account Executive

Job Responsibility

• Perform daily accounting operations and data entry in accordance with the Senior Account Executive's directions.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Manage debtor collection in line with agreed trading terms.
• Manage supplier payments in line with agreed trading terms.
• Process company payments in the banking system and ensure proper submission.
• Conduct sample checks on Operation Executive tasks (e.g., stock take, compliance with documentation).
• Review and verify Admin Executive tasks (e.g., filing, documentation compliance).
• Liaise and communicate with suppliers and customers on accounting-related matters.
• Provide accounting and administrative support to the Managing Director and Accountant as required.
• Direct report to Senior Account Executive.
