Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive + Online Sale to handle inquiries, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance, with competitive salary, commissions, and benefits. Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle enquiries from social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Manage appointments, front desk duties, and processing payments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, personalized recommendations, and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant medical and legal regulations.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM / "O" Level in any field.

Prior experience in the related field will be an advantage.

Pleasant appearance. Good skin complexion is a bonus.

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
