As part of Club Med’s AI-first strategy and the East, South Asia and Pacific (ESAP) transformation journey, we are hiring a Regional AI Analyst to lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics and AI use cases, including localization of internal AI products for the ESAP region. This highly independent, hands-on role will focus on leveraging prompt engineering, data analytics, and automation to operationalize AI tools for marketing and CRM initiatives. The AI Analyst will serve as the primary SQL expert within the marketing team, support CRM data strategy functions, and act as an AI process designer—transforming marketing workflows to integrate AI solutions and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities and Tasks :
Data Operations & Analytics
- Serve as the primary SQL expert within the marketing team, working directly with the data warehouse to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for marketing and CRM initiatives.
- Audit and clean ESAP datasets for AI readiness and ensure data quality for analytics and reporting.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders using tools such as Power BI or Looker.
AI Product Localization & Prompt Engineering
Localize and scale internal LLM products using prompt engineering, including but not limited to Gentil Writer (copywriting assistant for marketing) and G.M Copilot (conversational AI engine for customer service).Localize and scale internal predictive models for marketing use cases, including but not limited to MOA (AI-powered omnichannel attribution model), lead scoring and customer lifetime value (CLV).Collaborate with global teams to ensure regional needs are reflected in AI product development.AI Process Design & Workflow Transformation
Act as the AI process designer for the marketing team, transforming existing workflows to integrate AI tools (incl. agentic AI) and processes.Lead automation initiatives for long, costly, or low-value processes across marketing functions using ethical AI, considering Club Med’s “Efficiency for Good” agenda by quantifying AI impact on productivity and cost avoidance.Foster a data-driven culture within the ESAP region by providing guidance, training, and support to local teams on data best practices and tool utilization.Support the development and execution of CRM data strategy, partnering with CRM and Data & AI teams to ensure data quality and integration.Turn CRM data & AI products into actionable, privacy-compliant audiences & insights for the Business Unit and markets.Contribute to the strategic data management programme and governance frameworks.Ensure “data products” are properly known & leveraged by markets when designing local CRM plans.Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.At least 5–7 years’ experience in data analytics, data science, or AI product localization — ideally within marketing or CRM domains.Proven experience working with diverse datasets across multiple markets.Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and manipulation.Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker.Basic to intermediate Python skills for automation, data processing, and adapting AI tools.Experience or interest in prompt engineering and AI localization across multiple languages.Familiarity with CRM ecosystems (e.g., Imagino, Salesforce) and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4).Have knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Snowflake).Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.High proficiency in written and verbal communication, able to present and explain data insights clearly.Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.Collaborative, open-minded, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.Seniority level
