Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, ensuring clarity, accuracy,and professionalism.
Provide product and service information based on internal training andself-guided learning.
Troubleshoot and support customer needs, including during after-office hours,especially during event setups.
Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.Work closely with the internal team to support event execution and customersatisfaction. Requirements
No experience needed, will provide initial training, but self-motivation anda willingness to learn independently are essential.
Must be responsive and dependable, including during off-hours when clientissues arise.
Strong written communication skills via chat platforms (WhatsApp).Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, especially when events are live.Able to work collaboratively in a team-focused and harmonious environment.
