JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a Mobile Developer (React Native) to join us as a foundational member of our startup journey. This is more than a role — it’s an opportunity to shape the future of ERP and MES solutions for manufacturing, warehousing, and beyond. As part of our core team, you will design and deliver mobile applications that empower users to interact seamlessly with our AI-driven platform. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and AI engineers to bring intelligent enterprise features into the palm of every user.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Mobile App Development : Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
• Integration with AI ERP / MES : Implement features that connect mobile apps with SuDu AI’s ERP / MES backend (Java-based), leveraging REST and gRPC APIs.
• Innovative Features : Develop mobile-first experiences such as AI-powered chat, voice commands, camera capture for document recognition, and GPS-based workflows.
• UI / UX Collaboration : Work closely with designers to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces aligned with SuDu AI’s minimalist design principles.
• Performance Optimization : Ensure mobile applications run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably in enterprise environments.
• Testing & Quality : Write maintainable code with unit and integration tests, leveraging frameworks like Jest and Detox.
• Agile Development : Actively participate in sprints, stand-ups, code reviews, and contribute ideas to improve our development processes.
• Continuous Learning : Stay ahead of React Native ecosystem trends, mobile dev practices, and AI-driven UI / UX innovations.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2–4 years of professional experience building production-grade mobile apps with React Native .

Deep understanding of mobile lifecycle management , offline-first design, and app performance optimization.

Experience with state management frameworks (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).

Proven track record integrating mobile applications with REST / gRPC APIs and third-party SDKs.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and collaborative team development.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance profiling skills.

Ability to design and implement secure mobile solutions , including authentication / authorization (OAuth 2.0, JWT).

Comfort working in a startup environment — self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable to rapid change.

GOOD TO HAVE :

Experience working with LangGraph, CrewAI, or other agent frameworks — especially integrating AI agent workflows into mobile experiences.

Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration , including how agents collaborate to complete end-to-end tasks.

Knowledge of real-time messaging protocols (WebSocket, MQTT, or GraphQL Subscriptions) for mobile-to-agent communication.

Experience building chat-based interfaces or WhatsApp / Slack-style conversational UIs inside mobile apps.

Exposure to voice recognition, speech-to-text, or camera-based AI features tied to enterprise workflows.

Understanding of context persistence and memory handling on mobile (session storage, vector databases, or offline caching for AI agent interactions).

Experience with AI-powered UI / UX design to deliver intuitive, assistant-like mobile experiences.

Prior involvement in enterprise SaaS, ERP, or MES platforms , especially with mobile-first deployment.
