Job Summary

Responsible for managing post‑approval tracking, milestone verification, and fund disbursement processes for grant recipients. The role ensures that projects are implemented as approved, funds are released in a timely and compliant manner, and programme outcomes are effectively monitored and reported.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fund disbursement processes based on approved project milestones.
• Ensure disbursements are made according to project progress and established guidelines.
• Track project implementation and verify project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions set for each project.
• Coordinate with the Legal Department and relevant stakeholders on drafting and executing agreements.
• Ensure all agreements are accurate and aligned with policy requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
• Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth project operations and reporting.
