Responsibilities
Master all basic cooking methods like cutting of ingredients. Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to menu / SOP needed for the station daily. Responsible for proper storage of food preparation and storage area. Improve food preparation methods based on feedback. Perform overall cleaning duties of the kitchen area, all crockery and equipment. Maintain food safety standards. Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observe safety precautions when handling them. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head Chef & Chef De Partie. Ability to work in a team. Work Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in related field. At least 1 year of experience in the same job role in F&B industry. Good team player able to work independently. Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts. Be able to follow directions from the Head Chef and be consistent with food preparation. Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality dishes. Adaptability and the ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment. Benefits
