Job descriptionDevelop and implement product safety and quality assurance processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide training and guidance on product safety to internal teams. Maintain and update documentation related to quality control processes. Manage product recalls and corrective actions when necessary. Liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of materials and products.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and safety regulations in the retail industry.
- Experience in implementing and managing quality control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
