Overview
Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and strategies to align with business objectives and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR-related legal requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Handle foreign worker management, including work permit applications, renewals, and related matters.
Oversee employee training and development programs, including HRDF administration.
Manage monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Administer performance appraisals, and prepare or recommend bonuses and salary adjustments.
Work with management and department heads on employee relations, feedback, and disciplinary matters.
Monitor daily attendance and manage employee leave records.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee information is updated in the HR system.
Handle all insurance-related matters.
Prepare and manage HR documentation.
Support other ad-hoc HR duties and organizational projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 3 years of relevant working experience.Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, foreign worker management, and work pass applications / renewals is preferred.Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Job Details
