Trade Marketing Executive

  • Lead and manage house brand to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with departments and distributors to develop strategies for designated channels.
  • Measure and report activity performance, including promo effectiveness tracking.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to set targets and support growth strategies.
  • Plan trade marketing activities and develop category strategies for key accounts.
  • Establish merchandising guidelines and manage POSM development and execution.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews and track competitor activities.
  • Perform market visits to identify opportunities and ensure execution standards.

Requirements :

  • 3 years in the consumer goods industry, retailer experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to improve processes.
  • Basic POS production knowledge (preferred) and experience with agencies or suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin skills are an advantage.
