Be Part of a Cultural Milestone in Penang

We are inviting passionate and reliable individuals to join the founding team of the Lin Xiang Xiong Art Gallery, a new cultural landmark set to open in late 2025. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a meaningful, long-term cultural initiative from its very beginning.

Role Scope

These are full-time positions offering flexible rotation across key visitor-facing functions :

Gallery guiding and visitor engagement

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates who are :

Educated to diploma level or higher

Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)

Experienced in customer service, retail, tourism, or the arts (an advantage)

Friendly, well-presented, and eager to learn

Genuinely passionate about art and culture

Work Schedule

5-day work week

Full-time hours, including occasional weekends

The gallery will be closed every Monday

Remuneration

Final package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications

Successful candidates will undergo onboarding and training prior to the gallery’s official opening.
