Job Description

Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other hostel related issues.

Does general repairs such as painting, patching walls, security hardware, leaking, cloaking etc.

To complete WCF as per job order for workers' hostel, staff hostel & Office maintenance within in given time frame

Treat "Emergency case" as top priority and need to be attended within 12 hours. Exp : - TNB & PBA issue.

Participate in worker's hostel and inventory movement.

Submit daily report

Assisting in fire extinguisher collection for renewal & smoke detector battry replacement yearly based on job order.
