Sales Trainee

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in any field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Exhibit a proactive attitude and willingness to learn about FMCG.
• Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a strong aptitude for sales is essential.
• Display a foundational understanding of negotiation principles and techniques.
• Must be willing to work full-time and travel.

Responsibilities

Phase 1 : Sales & Operations Basics

Support 5–10 retail stores and ensure smooth daily ops

Lead & guide store promoters (hiring, training, scheduling)

Assist with store displays, marketing campaigns & KPIs

Communicate between HQ and outlets

Phase 2 : Leadership Track

Learn to plan sales strategies and manage performance

Work with Marketing, HR, E-commerce & Supply Chain teams

Handle Key accounts or sales manager role like AEON, Lotus, distributors and more
