Livestream Host

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Livestream Host, located in Petaling Jaya. The Livestream Host will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms, engaging with viewers, promoting products, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will also be expected to liaise with sales and marketing teams, ensure proper training and preparation for live sessions, and manage customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to engage and entertain a live audience
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Previous experience in e-commerce or live streaming is preferred
• Performance-Based Commission
• EPF / SOCSO / PCB contributions
• Annual leave
• Overtime pay
• Training provided

Salary : MYR2,500 / month - MYR6,000 / month
