Requirements
- SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications or any related field.
- 1 year working experience in the related field is an advantages.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or any related with system support.Provide accurate product or service information and basic customer support.Assist in diagnosing common system problems and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., developers, and IT support).Monitor support queues and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.Collaborate with tech and product teams to relay customer feedback and identify common trends.Support onboarding processes and provide guidance to new users where needed.Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on the business goal and direction.Such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time.Benefits
