Overview

Responsible for providing end-to-end application support to business units by working closely with internal / external IT support teams. Identify improvements to address recurring issues to ensure issues are not repeated. Maintain a strong understanding of business processes and system functionalities. Able to respond to critical and urgent application service interruptions, including after office hours. Monitor and troubleshoot issues across various business applications. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve root causes. Document technical solutions, user guides, and support processes. Perform regular system checks, patching, and upgrades. Participate in incident and change management processes.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end application support to business units and coordinate with internal / external IT support teams.
Identify and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Maintain knowledge of business processes and system functionalities.
Respond to critical and urgent application service interruptions, including after hours.
Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues across multiple business applications.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and solutions.
Document technical solutions, user guides, and support processes.
Perform regular system checks, patching, and upgrades.
Participate in incident and change management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

1-5+ years of experience in application support or related IT role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with SQL and API tooling (or specify relevant tools).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Express / Logistic industry-specific applications.

Familiarity with SQL and SSRS Reporting.

ITIL certification or understanding of ITIL processes.
