Senior Executive, New Product & Treatment Development

We are looking for a passionate and fast-learning Senior Executive to join our New Product & Treatment Development team. This is a strategic role where you’ll help us create the next generation of facial, aesthetic, and wellness treatments—from idea to launch.

You’ll work closely with our GM, brand teams, and training department to develop innovative treatments that combine machines + products, research new trends in beauty, and help shape what customers will experience in our outlets next.

This is not a basic R&D role — it’s for someone who lives and breathes innovation, wants to shape the future of beauty experiences, and is ready to be mentored into a future leader in the group.

What You’ll Do

  • Treatment & Product Development : Assist in creating new treatment protocols that combine machine technology + skincare product applications. Support in sourcing new product innovations from suppliers, expos, or trends. Co-develop SOPs, testing plans, and treatment rationale for internal rollouts.
  • Collaborate Across Departments : Work closely with Training to design easy-to-learn treatment steps. Support Marketing with key claims, product story, and campaign briefings. Assist with sourcing and coordination with Suppliers, Doctors, or OEM partners. Ensure products and machines are documented, spec’d, and tested before rollout.
  • Pilot Testing & Rollout : Help plan and run treatment testing with internal testers or selected outlets. Gather feedback from frontliners and customers to refine the treatment. Support in post-launch monitoring (customer satisfaction, sales, repeat rates).

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years experience in beauty, skincare, treatment R&D, or related field.
  • Strong interest in product innovation, beauty tech, and clinical skincare.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and fast learner — can handle multiple projects.
  • Good communication and project coordination skills.
  • Passion to learn directly from senior leadership and grow into a manager role.
